Strawderman Porches

The Strawdermans extended the living area of their home by adding both a front and back porch, offset by a patio. The design involved handicapped accessibility through decorative concrete ramps.

The Shanks House

The Shanks desired to increase both their interior and exterior living space. We designed this project alongside the client. It centers on a decorative poured concrete retaining wall that will last for years to come.

4471 Magnolia Ridge

This energy efficient home was built to showcase the unique sustainable and innovative design that is possible using Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. The structure yields a return on investment each month with lowered utility bills for both heating and cooling. Simple, yet stylish, the interior is finished with custom cabinetry, and a two story stone fireplace, while the exterior features decorative concrete and stonework.
